1. Who you are buying from
BuyGiftsWithCrypto is an independent reseller of gift cards and digital codes. Amazon, Steam, Valve, Apple, Google, Netflix, Spotify, Sony, PlayStation, Microsoft, Xbox, Nintendo, Uber, DoorDash, Airbnb, Discord, Roblox, Visa, Mastercard and every other brand named on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the product sold. We are not those companies and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. What you are buying
A gift-card code of the face value you selected, valid in the region stated on the product page. The code is a bearer instrument: whoever holds it can redeem it.
3. Price
Face value plus a service fee between 5% and 10%, stated on the product page before purchase. On a custom amount, the figure charged is derived server-side from the variant's own minimum, maximum and step — not from the form — so the price shown is the price charged.
4. Payment and delivery
Cryptocurrency only. The quoted deposit amount holds for the deposit window shown at checkout. On confirmation, a code is claimed from inventory automatically and published to your order page. Delivery is to that page and to the email you supplied.
5. Region validity
Every code is sold with its valid region stated. A code redeemed outside that region may be rejected by the issuer. That restriction is the issuer's and is not a fault we can reverse. See region locks, which forms part of these terms.
6. Invalid codes
A code that is genuinely invalid, already redeemed before delivery, or rejected by the issuer for a reason within our control is replaced or refunded in full. Report it with the order code and what the issuer's site said.
7. No change-of-mind refunds after delivery
Once a code has been delivered it cannot be refunded or exchanged on request. This is standard across the industry for an unavoidable reason: a code is a bearer instrument and we cannot establish whether it has been redeemed or passed to somebody else. Before delivery — an unpaid or expired order — nothing is owed and nothing is charged.
8. Stock
A card is only offered while unclaimed codes exist for it. If stock runs out between a page loading and your order arriving, the order is declined before payment rather than accepted and left unfulfilled.
9. Acceptable use
Do not buy here to launder proceeds of crime, to fund fraud, or to resell codes as a different region than stated. We will cooperate with a lawful order and we will refuse service to an account we believe is doing any of the above.
10. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the face value of the code concerned. We are not responsible for a brand changing its own terms, withdrawing a product, closing an account, or declining a code for a reason on their side.
11. Changes
These terms may change for future orders. An order already placed is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
