How fast do codes actually arrive?
The code is released automatically the moment your deposit confirms on-chain — there is no human step. In practice that means a couple of minutes on a fast chain like Tron or Solana, around twenty minutes on Monero, and longer on Bitcoin depending on the fee you paid and how busy the network is. The wait is the blockchain's, not ours.
Can I choose my own amount?
On most brands, yes. Type any figure within the range shown and the price updates live: face value plus the brand's service fee. A few brands also offer fixed denominations as one-tap options, which are the same price per dollar.
What is the fee?
Between 5% and 10% of face value, stated on every product page before you commit. It is 6% on the brands people buy most — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy — 7% to 8% on most gaming and streaming brands, and 10% on general-purpose prepaid Visa and Mastercard, which cost us the most to source.
Which cryptocurrencies do you take?
Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin and around forty others. On small cards some coins are unavailable because the swap provider has a minimum per pair — a $10 card cannot be paid for with every coin. The checkout greys those out rather than letting the payment fail after you have sent it.
Why is a coin greyed out?
Because the swap provider's minimum for that pair is currently above your order's value. It moves with market liquidity, sometimes significantly within a day. Pick another coin, or a larger amount, and it will clear. Stablecoins on Tron almost always work at any size.
What is a region lock and why does it matter so much?
Gift cards only redeem on the store region they were issued for. An Amazon US code will not work on amazon.de; a Steam code is tied to the store region of the redeeming account. This is the issuer's restriction, not ours, and it cannot be changed after purchase. It is the number one cause of a failed redemption, which is why the region is stated on the tile, on the product page and in your order email. There is a full explanation here.
What if a code does not work?
Check the region first, because that is almost always it. If the region is right and the code is genuinely invalid or already redeemed, write to us with the order code and what the issuer's site said — we replace it or refund you. If the region was wrong, we will try to help but cannot promise it, because the code is spent as far as the issuer is concerned.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is the default. An account keeps your codes somewhere findable and makes re-ordering two taps, and nothing requires it. If you have bought here before with the same email, signing up attaches those orders automatically.
Can I get my code again later?
Yes. It stays on your order page, which never expires and is reachable with just the order code. The order page link is also in your email. If you have an account, every code you have ever bought is in one place.
Is a brand ever out of stock?
Yes, and when it is you cannot buy it — a variant with no codes left is withdrawn rather than sold. That is deliberate: we will not take money for something we would then have to go and find. Restocks are usually within a day. If a brand you want shows "back soon", tell us and we will say when.
Can I buy a card for someone else?
Yes. A code is a bearer instrument — whoever holds it can redeem it. Send them the code, or send them your order page link. Make sure the region matches where they are, not where you are.
Can I pay with a card?
No. Crypto only, which is the entire point of the site. If you have a card, buying direct from the brand will be cheaper and you should do that.
Are refunds possible once I have the code?
No, and this is standard across the entire gift-card industry: a code is a bearer instrument and we cannot tell whether it has been redeemed or passed on. A genuinely invalid code is replaced or refunded. A code you simply changed your mind about is not, which is why it is worth checking the region and the amount before paying.
Do you sell prepaid Visa and Mastercard?
Where it is legal to, yes — see prepaid cards. They spend anywhere the network is accepted, which is why they carry the highest fee here. Note that some merchants decline prepaid cards for recurring payments and for pre-authorisations such as car hire and hotel deposits.
